Hanging out at a friend's house!

Life is becoming more habitual. Today we visited a Rwandan friend of ours at her flat, which she shares with 3 other young students. They have two bedrooms for four people and the kitchen is outside in the backyard. They pay around 165 € per month, what is expensive in their eyes. It would have been cheaper if the toilet was outside. Anyway, we were all having dinner together and enjoying ourselves and it actually didn't feel very different from being a student in Europe, sharing a flat with some of your fellow students and hanging out together. But it's still strange to see young people working on their laptops and taking pictures with their digital cameras and at the same time sharing a bedroom with several people and cooking their lunch on the open fire.
