Now the sunburn has worn off it´s time to do another journal. I also realised I missed out some crucial elements in the last entry... I forgot to mention that we all (well most of us) had a salsa lesson whilst in Punta Sal which was hilarious. Just a quick entry to keep you all updated... I did do the canyoning which is a mix of abseiling down the side of waterfalls and then jumping off other waterfalls, it was SO much fun! I did think I would be a bit more worried about doing it but I was actually like a kid in a sweet shop, I loved it. We had to wear the most ridiculous clothing, wet suit, lovely shoes, another top thing, life jacket and this thing which was bright yellow and looked like a nappy, go...
