Grabbed a McDonalds breakfast. The first time I've ever had one and it was nice!

Today was a 'Funny Day Safari'. It was the name of the company which I think is a funny translation as I'm sure it's meant to be Fun not Funny lol!

Went to the elephant place where some people did an elephant trek. We're saving it for Chiang Mai. So we just hung around and took photos of elephants and some were so cute but chained up. They were treated cruelly. A man used a hook to keep an elephant still for photos with people. It was horrible!

Sat down ready for the elephant show. Whilst we were waiting the men weren't very nice to the elephants. They were kicking them, hitting them on the head and using the hook to try and control them. They even looked scared of the elephants! Awful. I couldn't enjoy the elephant show seeing them being treated like that. Although they were good!
There was also a monkey show where they used the monkey to climb a tree and get coconuts from it. Again the monkey wasn't treated nicely.
After the monkey show, there was a crocodile show. The crocodile was drugged up, it didn't even move one inch and it had its mouth open the whole time. It was just wrong. The man put his hand in its mouth as well as his head.
I definitely won't be recommending anyone to come to this place!

Had some lunch which was nice. Thai food of course.

Went to visit Big Buddha. It really was big! I wonder how long it look them to build it all. There was a monk which sprayed holy water over people for good luck. Hannah decided to go and have some over her as she's had some bad luck recently so let's hope it works for her lol!

Went to a place where there was a rock that looked like a penis. Of course the tour guides were encouraging everyone to have a picture with it! There was another one that looked like a vagina too. The guides found the whole thing hilarious!

Went and saw a mummified monk. It had sunglasses on to make it look less scary. It's the first time I've seen one I think! It looked weird for sure.

Went to a rubber tree plantation where they make rubber from tree sap. I got so so so many mosquito bites from there even though I put spray on before going in! It's so itchy! I wish my blood wasn't so sweet lol!

Headed to a waterfall. The walk up there was long, the steps were huge so it was an effort going up them but made it! Too many people were swimming in it so we couldn't be bothered so just relaxed instead.

Went to a magic garden, it was like a garden but objects were built out of stone like toadstools, frogs, fish etc.
One guy lost his balance and fell into the water!! Luckily he was okay as there were rocks. He was absolutely soaked and his phone was in his pocket too :/ oh dear!

After the magic garden we got to sit on top of the jeep, finally! As two men kept hogging it. So we had to ask them nicely if we could have our turn. And wow!! I was in the middle so I had less support even though we had seatbelts on. The roads were so bumpy plus we were high up so we kept having to duck to avoid bing hit by tree branches. We just couldn't stop laughing, it was hilarious plus scary too, just like being on a rollercoaster. It got a bit painful after a while with all the bumping about and a few times I felt like I was going to fall out. If it wasn't for the seatbelt holding me in I probably would have!
Finally got out at the top of Koh Samui where there were beautiful views all over koh Samui,

On the way back to the hotel we were struggling to keep out eyes open, we were so tired after an active day!

Went out for dinner and decided to try lobster seeing as it was cheap here. So me and Hannah had a seafood platter between us two. And wow, what a feast! Definitely the best meal by far and will be for a long time on this trip. We had lobster, tiger prawns, squid, crab and snapper. It was amazing! Safe to say we were sooooo full after it all!

Tried to look for decent hotels for Koh Phi Phi but no luck, they all seemed rubbish! So we have decided to just turn up and see for ourselves what's there.
Decided to go out for a couple of drinks seeing as it was stressful lol! It ended up being a long night! Pippa lost her iPhone! She accidentally left it in the toilets. Met a Thai guy who was really nice and tried to help us. But no luck. So he bought us drinks most of the night especially Pippa to make up for it. So of course we didn't get back until after 6am. Crazy!
