Next bit of the adventure is the overnight train to Hue. Have to admit not I was not looking forward to it when i saw the train and I think I may have had the worst nights sleep ever! The overnight train is probably the most disturbing thing I have ever been on. Mary and me were sharing a room with Sarah and Bridgette (Australian girls on our tour) and we were told to bring food for the journey which was just as well since they literally supplied 4 pot noodles . When poor Sarah turned round and saw a cockraoch on the wall we all sort of decided to sleep in our clothes. This didnt save me though unfortunetly. That moment when you wake up at 4am with a baby cockroach on your face is not one easily forgotten. I think I deserve massive kudos for not screaming and waking the other 3 girls up. Sarah, the lovely Australian girl sharing a cabin on the hell train helpfully explained that it's Friday the 13th. Well that explains a lot :/ On a positive note were about 1 hour 45 mins away from hue so on to the next adventure. Motorbike tour this morning should be a highlight. I'll write later on this evening when we're back in the wonderful world of wifi :) xxx
