16 hour bus journey was more like 17 hours...sat right next to the toilet door that hit me every time someone went in. The smell was rather potent too...

I didn't get any sleep (as I can't sleep sitting up) and the sleeping pills made the experience a bit trippy.

We arrived at 11am and got taxis to our hotel that smelled of damp. Showered and changed and the 'youngies' took the local bus to McDonald's which was much needed after the last few days of illness! We then went to the beach for an hour and sunbathed. I went into the ocean up to my waist but it was quite cold and there were millions of shells and what looked like gold glitter in the water!

We took the bus back to the hotel and chilled.
