So... had a lazy morning... got up, packed our stuff and left the hotel... went for breakfast. Then got a taxi over to Ho Chi Minh airport for the flight to Danang! Flight was great... an hour and we were there. Decided when there that we wanted to head to Hoi An straight away so we got a taxi into town (I'd wanted to walk... Tom didn't!!). We intended to find a bus to Hoi An but our taxi driver maintained they wouldn't be running cos of New Year... we didn't ...

So... got on the bus from Sihanoukville... first was a sleeper bus to out of town, then a "VVIP" bus from there. No major issues thus far... except we realised the bus was going to go back via Phnom Penh... where we'd been four days earlier!!! Anyway, got to Phnom Penh, where we changed about half midnight to another bus... didn't look as comfortable but as Tom "decisions" Lambert strode towards a seat with extra big leg room we thought thi...

Arrived in Sihanoukville late... We'd chatted to these two fellas in Phnom Pen before leaving, but they stitched us right up by getting the last room in what appeared to be the coolest place in Sihanoukville! Eventually found a bungalow to crash after some looking around... aided by our taxi driver who on first picking us up seemed a bit dodgy... but he wasn't! Met back up with these two lads we'd met on the bus and hit the ale.... HARD! Felt horrendous next day...

Arrived in Phnom Pen quite late... tired, sweaty and a bit grumpy (Tom!)... but got a tuk tuk into town to find somewhere to sleep! Our driver (Pedro this time!) took us to a few places (horrendous!) before we settled on somewhere! We were pretty done in but decided to go and get something to eat... that lifted the mood and a nice Cambodian meal later we headed back to the guesthouse and bed! So we were up super early to go to ANgkor Wat... packed our shizzle up and left the guesthouse at 4.30ish and managed to find a tuk tuk driver to take us over to the temples!
