Our very fast train from Barcelona southwest to Cordoba was travelling in excess of 300 kph a lot of the time!!!! Haven't been on a train for years, and never on a Very Fast Train. We did 940kms in 4 hrs 25 mins. Wooooosh!! When we passed through tunnels my ears were pressurised. We travelled mostly through valleys with mountains in the distance. Only saw one mountain with any snow on it. Much of the landscape was very dry looking though there were market gard...
