So . I did it. Almost 6 months has flown by and ive been round the world! I have a flight to lima 2moro and then saturday evening i catch my flight home! Did all of what i wanted to do so now its back to the real world which i isnt that bad after all!Doing the Inca Trail was a good way to finish off my Big Holiday!! The trek was at times challenging but really everyone can do it. Four days and three nights camping/ treking only 35km doesnt sound that hard but to be fair we climbed a fair bit! The first day is quite deceptive and i would have given it a 2/10 for difficulty I could have gone another few hours... then the second day pretty much kills, 11km walk with 8km of that uphill. I think its a climb to an altitude of about 4000ish feet...even the clouds are lower! The final day we got up at 4am to catch the sunrise at the ´sun gate´....we couldnt see anything, pretty funny when you´ve walked for 3days---It was like..oh is this it ...great! to be fair I know what its supoosed to look like and the clouds just added to the mood of the place! Got a fair picture in the end and really the weathr didnt dampen the mood! I opted for the extra climb up Winyapicchu which is that big mountain you can see in the photo. It was by far the hardest bit of treking... The Incas were good at a lot of things but safety and making decent steps wasnt one of them!! Couldnt see a b****y thing when we got to the top but it was fun all the same! Check out the photos of me in my poncho, think i look like a giant green tellietubbie!
Thought of some interesting facts for you...in 6 months i have..*spent roughly 409 hours on a bus *66 hours on a plane *27 hours on a boat * and 37 hours by taxi/car/train *visited 11 countries *used 12 different currencies * lived out of a bag that weighed 13kg * survived with just 7 pairs of underwear, one pair of trousars and pretty much one jumper * used a hairdryer maybe once.....So yeah all done... 2days left then a stupid amount of hours on a plane home. How i did all this ill never know but someone somewhere was looking after me :)- thanks. Ill see you all very soon- feels like ive been on a 2week holiday and dont worry i wont be boring you all with stuff cos you can just go back and read all this-yay! Lots of love Mwwoah!xxx

****(Waahhoo its hot on the coast- this is more like it. The hostels really beachy so its like being on holiday. and its paddys day- happy irish to you! accidently got hit in the face with a table tennis bat so i have a bit of a red mark going on niiice- but i havnt been beaten up...that would suck!
