New Year here is actually really low key as their New Year is Tet; a four day celebration at the end of January. However, they have fireworks - mainly tourists I presume.

Hi Kirstin, all's well here thank you. The writing is fine but not really immaginative, i.e we write how and what they want. Nice guys though, and our housmates are great.
We've given up using the house forks; its chopsticks all the way now even for cornflakes.
Cycling! goodness knows how I'm still alive.

Yes, the beaches on the island are gorgeous. However, we have just arrived in Hue, Vietnam and it's raining; hope this makes you feel better ha-ha.
