Hi Lynne, how nice to receive a message; yes we're back. We did have a great adventure and I'm glad it has inspired you for future holidays. Although I think about our travels everyday, in a way it seems so long ago. It's frightening how your life just falls back in place. We've loved your messages and really appreciate you taking the time to write them.
All the best x
David And Suzanne
Hi Sara, thanks. And thanks for your lovely messages. I shall take your advice and wrap up warm, especially after seeing the weather forecast for York - it's been flooded for over a week now!!!
Looking forward to catching up xxxx

Hi Afua, you're more than welcome. We really appreciate you taking the time to read and comment on it. Glad it made winter a little more bearable.
We're at the airport waiting for our flight home; it's going to be weird getting back to normality. Xx

Hi Fiona, so glad you enjoyed the blog, we've really enjoyed and appreciated your messages. We're in the airport waiting for our flight home, it will be a doddle, a 12 hr flight will be nothing after travelling for 3 days!
Hope to catch up sometime xx
David And Suzanne
Hi Kirstin, haha, glad you're well up on our Scrabble rules and approve; note the use of 'sandleg' which David suffered with in Koh Jum (sandfly bites). The score stayed at 3 all as we couldn't be bothered to play a decider. Xx

Hi Kirstin, you're welcome, we're glad you enjoyed it. Once again thanks for taking the time to comment. Your messages always put a smile on our faces.
We're sitting in the airport waiting for the flight home, I know it's going to be surreal being home ater being away for so long.
Thanks for the welcome home, we shall have catch up so we can bore you silly with our travels - oh, forgot, we already have 😀😀 xx
David And Suzanne
Hi, Karen, thanks. We're waiting in the airport for the flight home. We forgot to take our neck pillows out of our rucksacks before we checked them in - what a pain, literally! Xx

Hi Sara, yes, it was Trang where we were put up in that lovely hotel. Do you remember the Thai lady following us down the street trying to sell us bananas and we kept saying no until she pointed to the elephant walking down the street?
Krabi is where we stayed in Rilay for Christmas. The town is where we took a longitail boat from to get there. It's had s makeover and now looks great.
The weather sounds awful. It's boiling here at midday, 36 - 40 degrees on occasions and I have sandfly bites...there, l'm sure that makes you feel better.
We'll be back home in a week or so; it's going to be a shock to the system.
Love you all xxx
David And Suzanne
Hi Maggie, thanks for commenting. Yes, of course we'll keep in touch.
We're in Koh Jum, Thailand at present, it's our last stop before Bangkok and then home.
Happy writing x
David And Suzanne
Hi Kirstin, Storm Dennis, oh dear! If it's any consolation it's been 40 degrees here!
We've made it to Koh Jum, our last stop before Bangkok and home. Winding down considerably now; it's an effort to get off the beach mat into the sea, which is bath water temperature!!
See you soon xx
