We made it to Dublin in one piece. It was a very very long day of traveling. We were on planes for a grand total of 15 hours, the longest one being 10 hours and 15 minutes. The folks at Lufthansa were nice enough to offer us some Champagne and two little travel bags when we mentioned we were on our honeymoon. Slight hiccup in Munich, their system told them that Mexican nationals needed a visa to enter Ireland and I did not have one. Luckily I wasn't the only Mexican on the flight and he had internet access so he was able to go on the Irish embassy website and confirm we did not need one. Regardless they asked us to sign something saying we were flying at our own risk and if entry was denied they were not liable. So we boarded, the flight was two hours. We get to immigration in Dublin and they didn't even look twice at my passport, just asked us where we were staying. We decided to save a little money and take the bus from the airport and it was surprisingly easy it only took an hour to get to the hotel and we got a nice quick tour through the city centre. We arrived at our lovely, quaint b&b and just dropped our bags and went in search of some food. We found a lovely pub where they weren't serving food anymore but we had some drinks and chatted with some locals before moving on to another one that did have food. We intended to go for a walk after dinner but the exhaustion is catching up and were heading to bed early so we can be well rested for tomorrow.
