Eating all day isn't easy! Not only is it harder to move around with the extra weight but it's hard to constantly eat what I would classify as "naughty" food.
So Thai Ji (my aunt aka my dads brothers wife) has let me into a few lil secrets - no secret to Singaporeans just foreigners I guess.
1. A hot drink with every meal helps to remove excessive, bad oil from your body
2. Boil a few stalks of Chinese parsley and drink the remaining water. By doing so it will absorb any excess salt and remove it from your system
3. Invest in green tea which has a fat blocker. Don't think I need to expand on this one - it says what it does on the tin

The reason why the above info is relevant is because I am starting to feel the aftermath of eating like a little piggy! Help me!
Moving on swiftly.. The view of Singapore from the roof top bar at the Marina Bay Sands is beautiful.
