Fathers Day was good. I got a UK4K T-shirt and got to eat a piece of Choclate Cake I baked for Daniels Graduation. We missed you. In one of your photo's it looks like you have a sunburned nose. Think unscreen.

Sorry it's been awhile since I have written.Grammy has been busy and she won't let me on the computer unless she is watching ;)Uncle Sam had some friends over tonight and we had a cookout.Uncle Beau and I got to play outside while the food was cooking on the grill.Grammy let us play with our new toy again.We chased each other around the yard for a long time.It was fun.

Grammy and Granddaddy took Uncle Beau and me for a long walk tonight.We walked around the neighborhood and saw a big black dog named Tucker.He wanted to play with us, but his mom wouldn't let him.He was SO big and he had really curly hair!Then Granddaddy and Grammy saw some lady they knew.Her name was Carol.She was in a truck, but she had a dog with her too.I don't know his name, but he belonged to her daughter Amy.He was a pit bull, but he seemed to be nice.Anyway, Carol said to tell you congratulations and have fun in Europe.

Grammy cut my and Uncle Beau's toenails again.What's up with that!I guess she is afraid to cut them very short, so she just cuts them a little at a time.I wanted to play instead of getting my toenails cut, so I wasn't quite as good as last time, but I was still good enough to get a treat when she was done.She gave me TWO LITTLE STEAKS!They were so good.At first I wasn't sure about it because it was a soft treat, but they were very tasty.I would like to have them again sometime!

TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY!Thanks again for sending me the Smilebox card!Grammy also gave me a treat WITH DINNER this evening.It was in my food bowl, sticking up like a candle!And I got to eat dinner BEFORE Uncle Beau.Usually we eat dinner together.I guess Grammy was afraid Uncle Beau would try to eat my treat.Then later, Granddaddy gave me some extra treats and made Uncle Beau stay on his pillow.I don't think he was very happy about that, but it wasn't his birthday!

When Grammy let me out to pee this morning, the back yard looked very strange.It was like the clouds were IN THE YARD!At first, I did not want to go in the yard; I only wanted to stay on the deck.But Grammy came out with me and said it was okay because it was only fog.

Grammy has been working on the computer this morning, so I have been downstairs with her while Uncle Beau is upstairs with Uncle Sam.Sometimes that is fun because I can just lay on the pillows beside Grammy and Uncle Beau isn't always trying to play and wrestle with me.And sometimes, I can put my head in Grammy's lap while she is working and she'll pet my head and tell me how handsome I am ;)She told me you are in Italy now.And she said when you were in Switzerland it was a VERY beautiful place.Maybe someday when I get older, I can go on a trip with you??

Happy Birthday, Mom!!!

I'm still having fun with Uncle Beau. We got a new toy last night to play tug of war with. It was so much fun!!! We ran and tugged and ran and tugged till we were both tired. Then Grammy took it away from us before Uncle Beau ate it ;) Maybe, she'll give it back to us again tonight so we can play some more.

We have also taken some more long walks and Granddaddy has gone with us too.

We no longer have a tire toy.Uncle Beau ate it!

Uncle Beau got sick last night.Yuck!Grammy cleaned it up first thing this morning, but then everyone left.I'm not sure where they went, but when them came back, they smelled like dogs and dirt.And Uncle Beau got sick AGAIN.Maybe he learned that he shouldn't eat tire toys!

I noticed that Uncle Beau doesn't bark very much, but that's okay, because I bark enough for both of us.

We went for a LONG walk today.First I wanted to run, but Uncle Beau wanted to walk beside Grammy.After awhile, though, I got tired and then Uncle Beau wanted to walk faster than me.But still, it was fun to go for a walk.We saw lots of dogs and also some nice ladies who patted our heads.They were surprised that we were just puppies.I was glad when we got home.We drank lots of water and then laid on the floor and watched Nurse Jackie.Then we were very tired and went to bed.

Hi again.I'm laying here beside Grammy at the desk while she types my note for you.She told me that you are in London now and having fun.I am glad you are having fun, but I don't want you to stay for a year like those other people.I would miss you too much.Also, if you got married in Greece, then how could I be BEST DOG??? 5/17/10 continued: Grammy bought us a new toy.It is a tire with a rope in it.Uncle Beau and I like to play tug of war with the tire, but I wish Grammy would buy another one, so that each of us has a tire to play with.

Grammy cut my toenails tonight.She knows how to do that!I was a very good boy for her (even better than Uncle Beau).I sat very still while she cut the front paws and then laid down while she cut the back paws.She gave me a treat when we were done!

Well, Uncle Beau chewed up the rope on the tire toy, so we had to take the rope out of it.But that's okay because we can both bite opposite sides of the tire and still play tug of war.We went for another short walk tonight and I saw the ugliest dogs I've ever seen.They were REALLY skinny and their mommy and daddy let them poop in somebody's yard and they didn't even clean it up.That wasn't very nice, was it?

I'm glad you are having fun in Dublin.I moved my crate into the basement, so now I can sleep with Uncle Beau!It is more fun and not as lonely during the day when everyone is gone.Uncle Beau and I can plan on what we're going to do when everyone gets home.Mostly we just run around the house and play humpty and with the toys, except tonight we pushed the table over in the living room.I don't think Granddaddy was very happy, but he didn't yell.

I hope you are having a good flight to Dublin.I am having fun at Grammy and Granddaddy's house.I got to go for a walk with Uncle Beau tonight.We didn't walk very far because it started raining and it made Grammy run.I liked running with Uncle Beau.We got a cool leash that we share.Uncle Beau likes to walk on the outside and I walk next to Grammy.
