Hi All,
Well….I arrived back in England., Jolly nice thank you very much.
After arriving back from Africa via Europe I spent a couple of weeks catching up with friends and then flew to India with my brother and hired a couple of classic Indian 'Royal Enfield' motorbikes to tour the country. The trip was terrific and Northern India and the Himalayas were unforgettable.
The plan now is to take a little while out from the bike while living on a boat travelling through Holland, France and the Southern Mediterranean . I'm now in Holland looking for the 'perfect' boat ( which of course doesn't exist ) to make my home for the next year or two.
The Journey so far has been a clichéd 'Life Changing Experience' and everyday I feel incredibly lucky to be doing it.

Ulrike Hi Mark, Just saw your photos of ... the World ... can not believe you are about to 'settle' on a Dutch houseboat ... the floating will for sure feel different to the biking on rough roads. Still thinking about meeting you with my friend in Torres del Paine, and forever dreaming about doing a similar thing as you did.

Am still talking about you to my pals out here, whenever people ask me about my trip, I tell them it was a short hop compared to my mate Mark who is STILL on the road! Sad to see you are not out here in Asia on the GS, was looking forward to you landing here in S.E.Asia, guess I will just have to catch you up in Europe. Keep on the road bro Dan
