Well today i started the day in Vancouver and now here i am in Victoria - on Vancouver Island! Wow - i love it! and i am so glad i am not staying in the 'American Backpackers hostel' anymore!!! I did enjoy vancouver in the end and i am glad that i will be going back there! It is so beautiful down by the beaches and the harbour - which i soon learned actually run right along the edge of the city!

On Wednesay (7th) i hired some roller blades (only $5 per hour - bargain!) and went all around the seawall and through stanley park - i suddenly learnt how many hills there are in the park! It was hard work but so much fun! The sun came out all afternoon too. I was really wobbly when i first put the rollerblades on - i had to go throught the city from the shop to the seawall aswell with arms waving in the air everytime i wobbled and then couldnt stop - i think a few people spotted that i wasnt a pro!! haha! It didnt take too long to get used to it again though! I spent couple of hours down on the beach afterwards too - the sun stays strong til about 7pm so i stayed - i love being on the beach and near the ocean.......
