OH MY GOD! This morning i arrived into Banff. I do not know what to write as i am speechless. On the bus journey here we drove through the rockies for about 45 minutes before actually getting into Banff - it is the most amazing place for me. I have wanted to come a see this for as long as i can remeber - and now im here. I did such a daft thing though - i packed my camera in my main luggage thinking that i wouldnt need it for the night journey - but i was so wrong i saw yet another fantastic sunset and sunrise and its been a really clear day. Havent done so mush today - i arrived at 9 am but couldnt check into the hostel until 4pm so i have just been out walking and exploring - that was enough. I am so taken aback by this place. tomorrow - the activities begin. The mountains are just so stunning! I actually shed a tear this morning - it just happened - i know what my dad would have said if he could have seen me! hahaha! Anyway - i am a very happy bunny and my hostel is....log cabins! Perfect!
