One pot meal tonight as we are camping without power and just need something quick. Cooked up some spelt pasta mixed through lemon, foil pack salmon and broccoli (add broccoli for last couple of minutes of pasta cooking). Serve with Parmesan and fresh herbs if you have. Mmm
