Local eggs and left over salmon and no shops around is time for omelette (again!) I'm really making use of having these amazing eggs in hand and power in our van to cook up a storm. Served with fresh baby spinach and toast for Steve and Theo. Archie just tries everything we eat... such a good little eater he is.
