Where are we?

Cheryl is surfing at the world famous Teahupoo waves. Know for the worlds fastest waves. This weekend starts the world surfing tour in Tahiti stop #7 for 2015

What a beautiful coast line. Cheryl and I spent the day driving around the whole island of Moorea. Great little shops and we found some nice small local places to eat. The fish is so fresh here. A lot of the fish is served raw. Can't get good fish at home in Central New York.

On Moorea we are living in a villa on the southern tip on the island, in the bay of Atiha. Beautiful location on the coast. We can pick our own bananas, coconuts, star fruit, and mangos. Fresh coconut water is so refreshing, not too sweet. It did take me about 8 min. to get the outer layer off the coconut, then a few whacks with a stone and "woo la" we are in. Now I am ready for another break.

We finally get a day to relax. Cheryl is learning how to make a coconut basket.
