Steve Palmer It is always good to hear about bad weather in UK when I'm not there:-). Delhi is *only* 18ºC (64ºF). Actually, this is really rather pleasant compared to the 30ºC+ that it has been for a while. It will get hotter again as I leave the Delhi "Fog" and head south in a weeks time.
