Well were less than 36hrs away from our grand adventure and already the packing is in process. "Shall I take this shall I take that..." and I'm a bloke, however I have been informed that I am taking way more than my better half! (Although she has the hair straightner's thankfully) Although that said, I have a first aid kit fit to run a hospital and enough brunch bars to feed a family of 10 for a week but hey.

After a long few days I now feel like I have got all the stuff I need although I believe that in Rach's household the nightmare is now beginning. The poor girl has grafted right to the end and if I know her she will be pulling her hair out come tomorrow night but that's all part of the fun.

As for my last few days its all been about saying goodbye to friends and family, from the boozing night on Friday (of which the pictures are reminding me of my behaviour), to the pork wellington with the Nan's today. All of which is a telling sign that were about to embark on a life changing and exciting journey.

Any ho about time I put my feet up and watched the last of the football I can before I leave, (believe me, leaving football is the hardest thing lol) well not the way town are playing tonight that is!
