Hi Everyone.Our last month of travels took us to the south of Bolivia - where we explored the area of Uyuni where the largest salt flats in the world are found. Seriously hallucinogenic. The landscapes in the small surrounding area just boggled our minds. From bright blue to green to even red lakes, thousands of beautiful pink flamingos, geysers, hot springs, sand dunes to Dali style rocks. Amazing!!!! Time was running short so we sadly had only 1 week in Argentina  - we will be back! Enough time to sample their truly phenominal steaks! Hells bells! We then checked out another natural wonder of the world - Iguazu Falls. And viewed the falls from the Argentinian and Brazilian sides. We experienced the longest ever bus journey adding up to 52 hours!!! And finally to our last destination the beautiful Rio de Janeiro. What a magical city. One week there jam packed with things seen and done. And now we have taken our last flight of our book of tickets. We are home. Our epic journey has now come to a sad but also an exciting end.WOW - I just cannot put words to how I feel and where my mind is right now. A whirl wind of truly amazing life changing events all rolled into 11 and half months we have travelled far and wide. It just feels so surreal!A massive 23 countries  (passport has stamps to prove it...), cultures en-counted,  landscapes walked, phenominal people met, a gigantic array of wildlife spotted - from too close for comfort and a nice fair distance. Pretty much all modes of transport experienced, wonderful friends made and family and friends we met along the way, doing mad things - jumping out of aeroplanes or swimming with crocs and piranhas....,Not one mishap or thing stolen - we must have good karma! And of course the very special moment we got engaged in Machu Picchu. There are definitely hundreds of tales to bore you with - but there is plenty of time for that.I would just like to say a very big THANK YOU -  family and friends who have supported us from the start and kept in touch.
