Hola chicos
Firstly lets deal with the issue that appears to be causing the most interest. Yes I have purchased 3 vests, they are small, lightweight and provide a direct ventilation stream to the armpits which has proved invaluable. I won´t let you all bully me out of my new way of life, I´m a vest man and proud (although it´s a bit cooler now).
We´re now in Montevideo where we´ve been since Saturday and we´re 3 days into our 5 day Spanish course which is going well although we do need to get away from all the English speakers and try to practice a bit more. The hostel we´re staying in is very nice and there´s a good bunch of people there. We´re heading out tonight with a few others and some locals which should be fun. Montevideo is a very relaxed city and has a nice old town and loads of markets to explore where you can literally buy anything you can think of, I had cold sweats thinking about all the tat my mother would buy if she were ever there. Montevideo´s biggest drawback has been the mosquito swarms which are everywhere and have led to Government intervention. There are so many they are even biting me although I´m not having the same reaction to Alison who is covered in lumps.
Anyhow we´re off up the east coast on saturday for a bit of beach time before Autumn takes hold here. Apologies for the lack of pictures but Uruguay has pretty cack computers.
Jerome/Laura, sorry we´re not going to with you for the big day. Have a really great day and enjoy the honeymoon.
Hasta luego.

Jerome (& Laura) Good day, sounds like all is going well. The wedding was fantastic, all went smoothly apart from Dave's episode but i'll leave it to him to mention......honeymoon not till June which seems a long way off looking out the windy at the weather here in Londres. Those vests, are they House of Keith Sweat?
