Well we have finished all our game driving in Kenya and Tanzania now, we visited the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater which was absolutely gorgeous! Just driving over the hills in to the crater was like driving through a tropical rainforest it was so lush and green, well nice. We,ve seen Africas top five now although the Rhino was asleep in the distance and the leopard was sleeping at the base of a distant tree although when we stopped to look at the Leopard we parked by another tree with its branches hanging over our truck, when we looked up there was a dead gazelle hanging, it was the Leopards lunch but I guess he just decided he,d have a nap first. I can,t put it in to words but the crater really was amazing oh and round the corner was where the oldest ever human footprints were found so we looked at that and we stopped for lunch in a little secluded oasis in the crater with a little lake and gorgeous landscape with zebras and wildebeast knockin about that was great, could,ve stayed there all day! Reyt then let me tell you about camping in Africa! There,s no showers and the toilets are s*** holes so although we may all stink and look filthy the location and setting of all the capsites we,ve stayed in are amazing. Well I,m in Dar Es Salaam airport now waiting for our flight to Zanzibar, Freddy Mercurys birth place apparently, but it has well nice paradise beaches so that will be well nice!
