Hello everyone!

I think we'll be splitting this blog in to two parts: the Stephen part and the marginally inferior Leah part. Haha - I just got slapped!!!

Now for the Stephen part - I want to wish everybody who has been leaving us messages a very merry Christmas and an exceptionally happy new year! Everybody else, I wish a mediocre Christmas and a slightly below par new year. God, I'm harsh!

Seriously though, everybody have a good one! I'll leave you with the thought that I'll be able to open Christmas presents a full 10 and a half hours before you! Hahahaha.

Over to Leah...

Howdy! We are currently at Dereks down at Hallet Cove, after a lovely day on the boat yesterday dolphin watching and squid fishing...fun! We are quite smug at the moment as we got teaching jobs in Melbourne to start at the end of January. SO...we are enjoying our last few weeks of freedom and very much looking forward to Christmas!!

The family have hired the house down at Wirrina again, and so we are headed down the 23rd with Hazel and Jim and a car load of food & pressies...I am so excited! We've already taken a boat-load of stuff down there, and Morag's car has been filled...

On the 29th after crimbo we are heading to Sydney for Hogmananananay, staying with Irene and (hopefully) going out with Will and Leanna on the night in the city to see the fireworks in the Harbour...can't wait!!

ANYWAY....I'll stop showing off because what I really wanted to say was a huge MERRY CHRISTMAS and a DRUNKEN, FUNNY HOGMANAY and a PROSPEROUS, HEALTHY, EXCITING 2009 to all who may read this back home!!!

You will be in our thoughts over the holidays. LOVE YOU.
