Sunday 20th July 2014 Apparently it didn't rain, poo! I wished I had camped outside! We all woke up earlier than intended to, but we left camp 30 mins earlier for our drive to Alice Springs which is over 600 kms away!! I sat up front with Trevor which was a good laugh! Saturday 19th July 2014 We had a lie in this morning which was so good! We also found out the boys went wandering in the night to where the camels were and tried to sit on a baby camel. The camel farmer came to our camp and Stu got stuck in the middle of it all as the other boys ran away! Friday 18th July 2014 We woke up in time for sunrise this time! Although Luca forgot his camera battery...stupid Italian! We definitely saw the colour changes of Uluru, it was fantastic! It was really breath taking! We took plenty of pictures and we stood and enjoyed the view. We are glad we went to Derek's secret location where there was no tourists, except for us! Thursday 17th July 2014 We had another early wake up call, hello 3 am once again! We were on the road by 3:30 am, luckily we both slept most of the way, uncomfortable as always! Derek stopped along side of the road as the sun was coming up and it was beautiful! We took hundreds of photos! Wednesday 16th July 2014 We had the earliest wake up call yet on our trip round the world, 3 am! The only reason why is because if we left later we wouldn't arrive in enough time to see Coober Pedy!
