Hello friends and family! Lucky we are that Stan and I have a mutual love for travel! Here we go again! All the planning is done. Itinerary has been mapped out, travel and accommodations are arranged. Still we have a busy two days yet to be fully ready to board a plane Tuesday evening for that long flight to Los Angeles and then on to Melbourne to start our 6-week time in Australia and New Zealand. Diane Harris Janie, I was curious, so I checked Wikipedia - Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballet dancer Anna Pavlova. It is a meringue dessert with a crisp crust and soft, light inside, believed to have been created in honour of the dancer either during or after one of her tours to Australia and New Zealand in the 1920s. So fun to see your travels!
