Matt and Ant's Travels
After our very relaxing day at ea we were all really looking forward
to discovering a it of mexico and what a beautiful place we got to
see. Costa Maya is on the eastern coast of mexico and is a small
deserted town which has yet to be overcoe by tourists. We decide over
breakfast that we would hire some bikes and xplore as much of this
small town as possible. After leaving the ship we found out that they
dont have any chilrens seats on the bikes and so our only otion that
remained was hiring a golf cart! We all thought this was so funny but
nevertheless we hired it for two hours to see what it was like. We
drove on out of the town and headed along the coast for about half an
hour until we found the most beautiful deserted beach where it was
just us and the wide blue sea. We swam for about an hour before
deciding that we would go and pay for the golf cart again so that we
could use i for the rest of te day. After returning we picked up so
drinks and headed back down this coastal road in search of another
beach.
We travelled for at least an hour but found that the sea became bright
red. Iam not sure what mnerals were in the water to make it look like
that but we preferred that crystal blue
waters and so went back to the orignal spot andspent the afternoon
alone on this beach mavelling at the awesome sights around us.
As usual the day flew by and so before we knew it we were back aboard
the ship and sailing to our next destination which was the island of
Cozumel.
The evening was great as they put on a show called twice charmed. This
is a rework of the cinderella show and really did have some amazing
acting singing and costumes in it. The one thing about the cruise was
that the food is amazing, the service some of the best in the world
and the entertainment i of the higest standard. It could easily have
been a broadway show!
Well the night came to an end and we looked forward to finding out
what cozumel had in store for us
