Hi all,

Finally back to civilisation!! Not sure where sure where i left off but i'll tell you a bit about what i have been up to the past while........

Went to exmouth for a day or so, snorkelling and stuff. Then we took the 9 hour bus journey into the outback and into karujinni national park. the first night we set up camp (which consisted of swags not tents) and basically drank to keep warm.

The next morning we woke up and everything we owned was orange from the dust!! It looked as if i had fake tan on my legs they were that orange!! Our guide took us on a bushwalk to some gorges and water pools. It was pretty hard to walk on the rocks and there was many a 'woop' on the way down the hillside, but we made it down without too many injuries. We went to fern pool which was this lovely pool with waterfalls. It was pretty chilly but everyone went in because we hadn't showered for a day or so. this was the point where my so called WATERPROOF camera broke so i will have to get camera number 7 (eek) in melbourne - words cannot describe how annoyed i am.

At night we moved on to different area to camp as there was too many dingoe's in the first one. we were in the middle of no where!! After dinner there was singing of national anthems, drinking games and dance offs so we didn't go to bed til late. i got up during the night for a pee and ended up getting lost for an hour in the bush. luckily i found one of the guys ryan who was also lost in the bush too and we found a swag to sleep in. I was soooooo cold as it was minus five and i didnt have socks on.

After an early wake up call we were back on the road and by the end of the day we arrived in eighty mile beach where we camped on the beach - it was amazing.!! The past day or so i have been touring broome and last night we went on a farewell dinner to say goodbye to those who left today. Today i am meeting soraya and arranging a hire car for tomorrow - going on a wee road trip tomorrow up to one of the cape's north of broome. Trying to relax a bit after sucha full on tour.
