Yesterday we arrived in Napier. We visited the National Aquarium where we got the best view of kiwi we have had so far, learnt about dinosaurs in NZ and enjoyed watching the divers cleaning the tank! We then went on a walking tour with a lovely English guy called David Law who had taught David Ransom off of Ransom's Garden Centre at Kew gardens in the 50s! He knew loads about all the art deco architecture here which was built after a huge earthquake destroyed the whole city in the 30s.
