Hi Ben, We are now in Alice Springs and are sending this via the message board because we don't have your email address on us at the moment. We left home just over a week ago and are having a great time. We have been out to Uluru and Kings Canyon and came into Alice today.
Weather has been OK - a bit colder than last year and cloudy but definitely warmer than Melbourne. We haven't managed to speak to Wal and Ged yet because they have been out every night since they came home. We will try them again tonight. Hope you and Sarah are having a good holiday - we will be clearing our emails each week so send us a message if you get time. We love to hear all your news.

Hi all. It's been a while since I updated the site, but I've been busy. After Lima I headed to Madrid for a few days, then Venice for 5, and now I'm back in Madrid. I'll update things soon. Go Pies.

Sounds like you were having a real cozy time in South America.
Enjoyed reading your exploits

You in Spain yet? Feel free to post a message to let us know how you are going! Lifes great in Australia at the moment so heres an update on what you are missing - Collingwood losing to melbourne after leading at 3/4 time, nothing like seeing a magpie supporter lose after having some hope - which has almost destroyed finals chances! Like i said lifes good!

Dearest Keithy. Such a mouth on you even at -2 months old. I suggest you savour the last 2 months in your own 'swimming pool' with your ´s#*t' view (listen to your mum about the language) for reasons which will become quickly apparent once your first catch sight of your father. Enjoy the quieter muffled tones of your mothers relentless chatter and the continued protection from your fathers odours while you can and hope......and hope......and hope.....that you may, just by chance, be an evolutionary anomaly. Learn quickly that red and black only go well together on the back of a spider, and be confortable in the knowledge that by the time you can really appreciate football, Eddie McGuire will be the military dictator of a small island in the Pacific and nowhere near the Collingwood football club. Be very kind to your mother for your big race in 2 months, and vomit all over your father at first opportunity. I look forward to seeing you on my return and don't kid yourself, you will look like a slug for at least 6 months.

Bent Arm Benny (that's what dad said I should call you),
Been swimming regularly. Not sure what stroke I prefer yet. Mum tells me that dad loves to stroke. You'd be happy to know that I'm putting on heaps of weight lately and I am constantly extending my house so that I can stretch out from time to time. I do think that I'd like to move soon as my view is s*** (OOPS! Mum says that I shouldn't use that word, although Dad says I can). Now that my ears are better, Mum just wants to chew them off. Her chatter is relentless. Doesn't she realize that I have a life of my own now? Dad's really funny. He always tickles me and makes fart noises. He says it has something to do with the Carbo Shots (although I think he's got a serios case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome). I love listening to him watch the Bombers because he goes off his head. He gets really really really excited. I think it's good that he's a Bombers supporter and not a Pies supporter. What would he be excited about then?
Anyhow, I must go and eat some more as I've got a big race coming up in about 2 months. I'm sure I'll see you soon after the race.
PS. Dad thinks you're s*** (OOPS) at Bocce.
PPS. Have you seen Mum's car keys (& purse & handbag & mobile).
PPPS. I think that I'm Ridiculously Good Looking just like my dad.
Up Yours,
Keithy

Just put a heap of photos up of my trip into Bolivia. Very cool. I'll give some details when I get a chance. Go the Pies!

Me again...forgot to say...the drugs must be good for you to be STILL in Sth America!! When do you leave!??
Sam
Hey Benny...we'll toast one to you tonight...off to the mountaingoat brewery in Richmond with the remaining derelictes to sample their ales on open night. Dazman has been heard to say he's getting schlaggered (which on all accounts will only take one ale to do) however having seen Jacq's recent form on champers (1/2 a glass) should prove to be an interesting evening! I have been training Daz - we're consuming a least an ale or glass of vino the last month each night, but fatigue does seem to set in at an early rate still. Anyway, no doubt I'll soldier on with the drunken bum...wont be any different to a year ago this weekend, when I met youse guys half cut that you were, if I'm not mistaken!!
Cheerio Sam
