I joined the Kiwi bus at 8am, first stop is Mercury bay. We stopped on top of Mt Eden to take pictures on Auckland (I'm so glad to be leaving that place!) We went to a 'flat' walk to Cathedral Cove and dipped our little toes into the sea. We stayed at Turtle Cove that evening which was like living at home, we even got homecooked spag bol for dinner, That evening we visited some hot pools which the guy built to look like Hugh Hefners playboy manison. We find this pool which leds into a cave which I'm thinking is a little shallow and looks dirty (It was dark!). So 10 of us attempt to swim in 2ft of water when someone shorts "why are you all in the pool which is being drained" hahaha! What idoits! The 'proper' pools were really nice and very warm.
