The Fremantle Submarine is part of the Oversea museum which is placed next to the submarine. You can even see the submarine when looking through the windows of the inside of the museum. The museum itself was well done and quite informativ. There were lots of boats in it with stories fitting to each of them. To give you an example, there was a huge sailing boat with a person in it. This symbolised the story of a man who sailed an extremely long way from Australia to Africa to America all on his own. That is why he got 2 worldrecords. One for the longest travel and one for being alone for over 2 years.
Back to the submarine it can be mentioned that she was used in the 2 Worldwar to protect the Fremantle Harbour. There used to be about 60 people in the submarine which is pretty small inside. It was very hard to walk in the submarine because the floors were very small as everything was. I was really glad when the seeing was over so that I could stand in the outside an breath the air ;)
