Second updateFriday I arrived in Cape Coast, the capital of the Central Region. It is quite an interesting city with Cape Coast Castle as its main attraction. It is one of the oldest forts on the Gold Coast and was the British' main base for slavery. Ghana is the country where most slaves came from so there is a terrible history connected to this.
