Well, the excitement continued on 22 Dec..we sat at LaGuardia Airport for over 8 hours waiting for our flight. Well, happy birthday to me! Our day started off very, very early and with our fingers crossed. We woke up at 4am to get to the airport to make a 6:45am flight. The airport was packed and as we stood in various queues to get our boarding passes, get through security, customs and immigration, we watched flight after flight be cancelled on the board, even flights after ours were cancelled into New York so we weren't holding high hopes of making it today either.
