Hello everyone,

We are now back on Koh Samui after a rather long-winded boat ride. On our last day on Koh Phangan we we went for our traditional Thai massage. It was quite an experience! We were both prodded, stretched and twisted in various places for an hour. Although it wasn't as relaxing as we'd expected, we did come away feeling very supple and flexible.

The next morning our boat from Koh Phangan to Koh Samui was delayed as there were so many people leaving the island after the Full Moon party. We eventually got back to Shambala, but we were both a little sun burnt from standing around waiting. It was nice to get back to Shambala and we have been given the same room again. although there is no sign of George yet.

Today we took a walk (about 1.5 miles) along the beach to see the Big Buddha after which the beach is named. It is situated on an island joined to Koh Samui by a causeway. We took more pictures which we've added to the Koh Samui album.

Tomorrow we have an early flight back to Bangkok which we intend to make the most of, as we were robbed of our time there last week. It will be the first time (hopefully) that we get to collect our bags after a flight! Don't forget to check out the photos!
