Que tal amigos We{ve been here in Chiapas for a few days now. Yesterday we went to see the Mayan ruins at Palenque which were stunning - temples and palaces rising out of the jungle - very cool and we had a wacky guide who told us all about his history conspiracy theories! Also stopped at some lovely waterfalls in the jungle. Today we've been into the highlands to visit some indigenous indian villages and learnt lots about their history and culture...not many...

Hola from hot and sunny Oaxaca! We're having a lovely time here, relaxing with una cerveza o una floty en el zocalo. Hey gringos! Been in La Ciudad de Mexico for a couple of days now and still haven't been mugged, robbed or shot!! We're staying in a nice hostel one minute from the Cathedral and main square. Que tal amigos? We're in the charming town of San Miguel de Allende, the sun is shining, we're drinking cappucino in a lovely cafe...ahhhhh!
