We got up early to ensure we packed everything and had our breakfast before we checked out at 10am. We had few hours to spare so we went shopping for a bit. Taxi arrived at 11.45 to take us to the airport and we checked in straight way so we dont have to carry our bags around! :) My shoulders was aching because my bag was abit heavier than usual. We departed at 2pm and i was desperate for toilet! How embarrassing! I managed to go before we take off! Thank god for it! Phew! :) The flight was 2 hours and 25mins to arrive in Cairns. I was fast asleep and slept okish apart from stiff neck! :(

We landed in Cairns, it seems to be quiet and the weather looked dull! We got free transport to Njoy Hostel! Staff was very friendly and welcomed us when we checked in. We shared a dorm with 2 guys who was very friendly too!

We went off to explore and it seems to be dead end! :/ I didn't feel right because the area looked plain boring but lucky we found our way to Cairns City. It was really liveable and busy evening! I could see lots of backpackers hostels/hotels nearby. We had our meal at the irish pub and the food was nice - i had roast dinner overall it was extremely nice, ofcourse i miss mummy's cooking back at home! :(

Cant wait untill i get home and eat all my roast dinner! :)
