After crossing over the border from Cambodia into Thailand with only a minor bout of embarrassment (I'll leave Tim to confess that to those of you that know him...) we got the boat over to Koh Chang. Amazingly none of the modes of transport broke down... Hurrah! We spent a chilled day sat in the sunshine at a bar watching the 1st Ashes test series. I actually understood the majority of what was happening too thanks to early tuition from Casswell followed up by the Howarth's. Shameful game though. Say no more.Returned to Bangkok for a bit of shopping therapy at the weekend market and then an evening of Bond. James Bond. If you haven't seen it and you like a man in a DJ go and see it immediately.... Experience enhanced by having to stand before the film for the National Anthem!Carelessly misplaced Howarth on a flight back to the UK and spent the day exploring on the skytrain and metro with only one, or maybe two, moments of complete blind panic that I couldn't find the house I was staying in. Actually managed to book myself on an overnight bus up to Chiang Mai. Can't wait for those comfortable 10 hours....
