Well, we just recently returned from a 3 1/2 week vacation in South Korea and Japan (and a bit of Germany, too), and since the holidays are almost upon us, we decided we want to see more of Japan, this time in less than scorching hot weather. So yes, we're going back to Japan!!! :)

After a horrible flight from Zurich to Tel Aviv (thank you, Swiss - never again!!!), we landed, took our luggage and duty free stuff and headed home. Thanks to an insane taxi driver, we were home apx. 1 hour after landing. This has been a great vacation for us - the Orient, an earthquake, a typhoon and one chicken airline, who gave in to terror and stopped its flight to Israel. Korean Air - you suck, big time, but South Korea rules! :) Thus ends another adventure...

After a meh breakfast, we did some final packing and took a KAL bus to the airport (90 minutes!!!), just in time for our 12-hour flight from Seoul to Zurich at 15:10. The flight was very very long, with numerous turbulences, which made it uncomfortable. Finally, at 20:15, we landed in Zurich and waited for a couple of hours at the deserted transfer terminal. By that time, we were REALLY tired, as we barely got any sleep in our long 12-hour flight. The Swiss fligh...

We had a great day today. Visited the Hyundai showcase and tried several great cars. We then continued to Gwanchon and visited the huge park and zoo. A great way to wrap up our trip.

After a quick and hectic breakfast' we took a taxi to the nearest underground station, took the train to the airport and got on an inner airport shuttle bus. The flight was uneventful if somehow bumpy. When we landed, I noticed my suitcase was damaged' so Korean Air gave me a new Pierre Cardin one. :-) We then took a 90 minute bus to the hotel, checked in, discovered our room was no good and immediately upgraded to a suite.
