Wow, what a ride! This morning, we had a quick breakfast and took a taxi to the airport. The security guards wanted to open our luggage as they could not comprehend why would ANYONE carry 5 kg of chocolate in the suitcase. :) The flight was uneventful, and 20 minutes after landing in Tel Aviv, we were on a taxi, heading home. So here we are, an evening before our freezing adventure begins. Final packing, making sure to have as many warm clothes as possible. We're both with a mild cold, but we hope to be just fine until tomorrow. Bucharest - here we come! :)

As I was packing towards our long weekend in bucharest, I suddenly realized I had no clothes designed for this kind of weather (up to -10 degrees Centigrade), so I went and bought a couple of long underpants to keep us warm in the snow. :) It's been a very stormy week in bucharest, according to news reports, but the storm is expected to be gone by the time we arrive on Friday. Let's keep our fingers crossed. :)))

Today I looked at the forecast for Bucharest and realized it's going to be even colder than I thought. Oh well, so no t-shirts this time. ;) Gotta buy gloves this weekend... .
