Well, we still don't have hotel reservations, nor flights, but I'm already on to planning detailed itineraries for Athens, for 5 days in mid December. Yay! :)

After a decent KIX-ICN flight and a rather long and bumpy ICN-TLV flight, we arrived home safe and sound, having enjoyed our 2nd trip to Japan immensely! :)

Well, the travel day has arrived rather quickly and tonight we are off, yet again, to Japan, via South Korea. Over the last couple of days, there have been news reports about new typhoons (and super typhoons), hitting Japan rather badly. Let's hope this time around - there are no typhoon to impact our journey and flights. Fingers crossed... . :)

Went to the airport (smelly taxi driver - ouch!), got in line, checked in our bags, went through security, realized my biometric passport needs renewing, renewed the passport, got some duty free shopping (big discount only counts for next time there...), went to the lounge, realized the credit card which gives me a complimentary entrance to the lounge has expired - paid 25US$ and went into the lounge, was one of the last persons to board the flight at 11PM. Headi...

In 3 days, we're off to yet another adventure in Japan. But as things never go smoothly, I've got a nasty cold (darn it!), plus, yesterday we saw on the news that yet ANOTHER typhoon is expected in Tokyo in the upcoming days (and that's after a super-typhoon hit Osaka while we were there last time), but hopefully I'll get better soon and the typhoon fades away. Fingers crossed... . :)
