It was a rainy day but the great ocean drive along the Esperance coast was still spectacular the beaches are voted the best and whitest in WA. We passed the pink lake which wasn't pink today due to being overcast. Also being a public holiday we didn't have too many options for good eating and drinking, we had a questionable coffee along the way and walked on the tanker jetty but didn't see the resident seal - Sammy. But we did have a family race up to the lookout which was a huge stair climb - mum won, dad pushed his way into second, DS, TS and KS said her legs weren't working anymore and had to stop. Dad couldn't respond cos he couldn't breathe. LOL
