We left Atlanta this morning at 8 AM and 72 degrees and headed out for our last day on the road, this trip. You all know what that drive is like. I knew we were getting close to home when, at noon time, we saw our first palm trees and the temperature was 91 degrees. We landed in Satellite Beach at 3:30 PM and I must add, we had a VERY happy doggie. Beamer is glad to be home, as are we. And the first thing I did was bow my head and thank the Lord for getting us home safe and sound.
Our plan was:
- to visit the five national parks in Utah and also Yellowstone in Wyoming. Check. We did that and a few more.
- we were gone 37 days
- the car needs a bath
I want to thank all of you who followed us through this adventure. You make it fun for me, because writing this blog encourages me to be in the moment all of the time. And that makes for a much more enjoyable experience.
Till next time…

Mouse Rudy says its time to trade the car!
Rudy Good to have you back, though I think Steve would have had a better time touring Paso Robles with us. One of the bride's bridesmaids asked if I had an extra friend who likes wine.
