Well not to sound too much like an old tight arse, but I feel the need to say.... WTF. For all those thinking of coming to Greenwich to place a foot in both the east and west hemispheres bring your wallets. There is now a 10 quid charge for the pleasure.

Annie apparently there are places in france where the meridian passes through and you don't have to pay for the pleasure of standing on wither side of the line... or so I've heard! ;)
