Wednesday 12th Otober - Left Hays Kansan heading for Durango Colerado, starting out at 5:30am. Went through Dodge City around 6:30am but it was still dark so could not get any pictures.

Drove accross middle of US, road and surroundings just went on for as far as you could see, finally came into the Rockies where there was around 2 foot of snow at the side of the road.

Arrived in Durango 12 hours later. Hostel turned out to be the best one we've been in so far.
