Ha Long Bay - fantastic! Go if you ever get the chance. It's like a dream (or an HSBC advert!).

Hi all, Shanita here. Yes Halong Bay is beautiful- we had a great trip- stayed on a super nice boat and played the honeymoon card which resulted in best cabin with rose petals in heart shape on bed and being presented with a huge yummy cake at dinner accompanied by 2 bottles of rose champagne- we were very popular with the others who benefitted from the cake and champers! Such a lovely crowd of folk- especially the 7 spanish friends. We visited a cave and then went kayaking and we ate some amount of amazing food- the chef was outstanding! We also visited a floating village and saw the schoolkids in their floating classroom.
