So, Phi Phi. One of the places I've been dying to go to! Short ferry over from Ao Nang met 2 girls Sophie from Bournemouth and Benthe from Holland. I was always heading to meet Walt and Diego so they stayed with me the whole way. Soon as got to Phi Phi was so weird - there are no roads! Walk everywhere the island is so small and still is looking at developing the island suffered heavy in the tsunami in 2004 and looks to be still recovering from it all. Found their hostel but was fully booked so we booked literally next door 'Hangover Hostel'! Haha! A recently married couple were in our dorm too which was cool from the States. Walked around had some decent food then headed to Walt and Diego's place for buckets and drinks etc before heading out. It rained and I mean tipped down the whole night, wasn't pissed enough to enjoy the night it was complete carnage never been to Magaluf but basically, it was like I have now. Fights everywhere, lads getting lairy the 'party' Island everywhere was shut at 1! So after me and Sophie played a fate game earlier to see if we both really wanted to get tattoos. Both had to say a number between 1 and 10 to see how much we wanted one. At the same time, we said 8! So it's fate, get a tattoo! So after we were in a tattoo shop just looking and some pissed up p****fell into the shop and broke a plant pot. They went BALLISTIC threatening to smash the pot over his head if didn't pay for it, a knife I seen in the back of one guys trousers. Was all pretty heated never messing with the Thai guys! Got back to hostel ok now this morning it is still raining and getting a bit home sick missing family, the lads and Luc, Lauren especially etc. Staying in Phi Phi a few days then may head to Myanmar with Bas from Koh Tao if weather doesn't improve. It literally sucks!
