Heading back to Bali today with a return ticket on the boat we got at the start. Would be heading to Seminyak to hopefully make our way to Uluwatu to do some surfing. Dani and Amelia were on a different boat so me and Rhi left them around midday after checking out of our hostel we stayed at the entire time here. Me and Rhi got bikes to ride around the island and go to a viewpoint. So hot today it was absolutely baking! Got our boat for 4 and sorted a hotel for us all in Seminyak as they don't have hostels but was reasonably cheap and looked good so would all meet there. Boat took around 2 hours which we slept the whole way and then got a shuttle bus to Seminyak which again was about 2 hours. Met a legend Brit guy on the bus and I also was in agony from some French t*** woman who slammed a seat down right on my foot was in agony got no apology from her the French are f***in so rude it's unreal the Gili's are full of the French. Our hotel was called Safin Inn and Sod's law my phone died after the boat and then driver wanted to know the address to which I didn't know and his phone was dead too which resulted in me and Rhi falling out over tiredness didn't help but what could I do I knew what it was called so didn't think anything about my phone. s*** happens not the first time me and Rhi have fallen out but we will be fine! Get to Seminyak and eventually plug my phone in to see where it was, was like 1km away we got there shortly after Dani and Amelia so worked out OK in the end thankfully. Really nice hotel had 2 rooms for us so got our stuff down and headed out for the evening. Quick to discover the place is very expensive and is in no way a backpackers place it is very much holiday prices and people with families and couples etc. Awesome food so walked around had some drinks and then back to the hotel. Sounds s*** but we all were so drained could do with an early night!
