Whelp,
This is my first entry and I really don't know whether to panic or scream in excitement. I have a phenomenal year ahead of me, and through this (hopefully) interesting page, I plan to share all of my crazy adventures, mishaps and stories with you!
Throughtout the next year, I shall experience a lot of growth and changes in my life! First off,I will be leaving Lethbridge, so that in itself is a hoot and a half.
In a couple of weeks I am heading off to Crowsnest Lake Bible Camp, where I shall councel at five different summer camps! I decided to include this in my travel blog, because even though I am not traveling too far away from home for this, it will be an experience I will want to look back at when I am older! I am very excited to see how God uses me in the camp and in the lives of the campers and staff.
Two weeks after I finish up at Crow I am heading off to Europe for almost nine months of adventures. I am going to be a student at Bodenseehof, a Capernwray in Germany for six months. (For those of you who don't know, Capernwray is a Bible school that is located all around the world.) I have wanted to go to this school since I was around eight years old, so the fact that I am writing this and preparing for the next year ahead of me at the Bode is just so stinking exciting. After six months in the South of Germany, I am meeting up with one of the coolest cats around and travelling for a couple of months with her! Rachel and I have planned out some pretty awesome things, and the two of us plan to visit many countries in both Eastern and Western Europe. (Unfotunatly, pinterest and google seem to have both positive and negative impacts on our planning. THERE IS JUST SO MUCH INFORMATION TO ABSORB!) So hopefully we will learn as we go, because that seem to be what every website is telling us.
Well hopefully I will be able to write a post every couple of weeks or so. I can tell you that these next few weeks are going to be fairly lame (besides a trip to Fernie to watch one of my greatest pals preform in Little Shop of Horrors) The lameness of it is due to finals, and the last few weeks of work at St. Marthas. But once that's all over hopefully I will be able to keep you in the know with my life.
So hopefully this first post wasn't too over bearing or boring. (If it was why are you still reading?) Anywho...
Stay Classy
